My second floor, partial ocean view Kauai condo rental is the nicest, best equipped
on the island. It is not just a Kauai vacation rental! It is our private
vacation home on a 3 mile long secluded beach. It is equipped like a
luxurious private home, not like a typical Kauai vacation condo rental.
It is much less expensive than a hotel room and much, much nicer.
The partial ocean view, from the lanai and living room, looks across the
parking lot and is frames by the tree's. You can see the ocean
and white foam from the waves. The beach is a 1 minute stroll.
It is
non-smoking and a
large, 700 square foot, high end luxury 1 bedroom, 1 bath Kauai vacation
rental that just underwent a $75,000 complete remodel. It is dual air
conditioned in the living room and bedroom and it sleeps four. Please
see the drop down menu on top ROOMS for complete pictures of each room.
No smokers please! If you smoke at all, even outside or on the lanai
please do not contact me.

It is nestled on a 3-mile long beach, with beautiful sunrises, I caught
3 surfers catching a sunrise wave. The beach
begins at the condo and runs along Kauai’s public golf course all the
way to Lydgate Park. .
The condo's central location lets you see all of Kauai easily. It is 30 minutes from Poipu and Princeville and 10 minutes from the Kauai’s biggest towns of Lihue and Kapaa.
They offer the widest variety of shopping, groceries, restaurants and
entertainment. The Kauai Lihue airport is 5 minutes away. |

My Kauai vacation rental condo is located at Kauai Beach Villas, a
private oceanfront high end property shared with the Hilton Kauai Beach
Hotel. It is surrounded by exotic lagoons with swan, geese, ducks,
fountains and landscaped with magnificent native foliage. |

a swimming pool, whirlpool and BBQ’s. Newly refinished tennis courts and
equipment and a pro is available, The Hilton Hotel's pools and
facilities are also available to my condo guests for a $15 a day resort
fee per room. |

Kauai, the Garden Isle is blessed with the some of the most breathtaking
landscapes and sights Hawaii has to offer. Kauai's beaches are famed for
their pristine beauty. The Napali coast is spectacular accessible by
boat or a full day hike. Island hiking from Sleeping Giant to Waimea
Canyon to the many valleys is great. It’s championship golf is unmatched.

|
Kauai is also famous for it's
thousands of wild chickens and roosters protected by law and caused by
the last hurricane. They make noise, sometimes as early as 3 or 4 in the
morning. There is an on going trapping program. Nothing can be done
about the rooster noise, it is part of the island experience.
